Abstract |
Ransomware related topics become important for computer science community because it is spreading and growing very faster. As its impacts, ransomware can make that users cannot access their data, leave victims and their computer devastated and helpless. In this paper, we present a comprehensive survey of ransomware and its revolution. The survey highlights the origin and core concepts behind ransomware and discusses several noticeable ransomware families.
