Abstract
Abstract - Untrustworthy replies of participants often skew group decision-making on a public service problem, negatively affecting the procedure's conclusion. Fuzzy sets are used in state-of-the-art methodologies to solve this challenge, which are usually part of hybrid methodologies.The goal of this study is to provide a new hybrid model based on picture fuzzy sets, as well as its first real application to a public transportation development challenge.The suggested technique has the benefit of taking into account the fuzzification degree of respondent judgments on choice alternatives while also using two MCDM models to eliminate bias in replies.
