Abstract
The remote sensing in an image classification is one of the popular and innovative technique which allows us to implement and test various methods. There are so many methods are used to provide accuracy result in image classification. The neural network in which BP and RBF network and by using scale decomposition SVD are used are used to obtain better segmentation result. Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) is a factorization technique for rectangular matrices largely used in signal processing and pattern recognition. The method is applied to extract all of the images into a data set that can be as the input for neural network training and testing processes.
